Hosting Thanksgiving can be a lot of work considering you have to cook, clean, and decorate your home before guests arrive. Hosting an EPIC Thanksgiving shouldn’t be overwhelming. So, I have some tips, and tricks, along with an easy Thanksgiving tablescape, DIY candle holder, and how to set up your buffet for an EPIC Thanksgiving on a budget.
diy Large Candle Holder
Supplies Needed:
- piece of wood
- paddle bit 3/4 to 7/8
- sandpaper
- paint or stain
- taper candles
For this easy DIY candle holder you only need a few items, some of which you may already have on hand.
Be sure you choose a piece of wood deep enough to make holes with the paddle bit. I used a 3/4 paddle bit, which was a little tight, but I still managed to get the candles to fit.
I chose to paint my candle holder black but staining the wood would look just as fabulous.
After adding some dried florals, it was ready for my Thanksgiving tablescape.
